WhatsApp Redesign

As part of a college project, I was tasked with choosing a "collaborative tool" who's interface I have had experience with in the past and/or is still using it today, and to take on the challenge of improving/developing a product that is already tried and tested and known for its usability and aesthetic design. The tool I chose was WhatsApp. 

I sought to fix the minor complaints that users of the platform have by introducing fresh techniques and smarter user friendly ways of carrying out tasks.

My goal was to improve aspects and functionalities of the app by means of the design process and succeed in our desired wish to research, understand , experience.
